How to Place a Custom Order

Every piece at IndrasIdeas is a unique, handcrafted work of art featuring sculpted 3D relief elements, created especially for your special day or meaningful milestone.

1. Ordering an Existing Design

If you have chosen a design from our collections, you can place your order directly. In the order notes at checkout, simply add your custom details: names, wedding or event dates, initials, preferred color accents, or small detail adjustments.

2. Requesting a Fully Bespoke Book or Album

If you love our style but have a unique concept in mind, contact me before ordering. Share your vision, ideas, and any reference photos or color palettes that inspire you. Together, we will bring your vision to life.

3. Design Approval & Crafting

Once we agree on the design, personalized details, and size, you can place your order and I begin the crafting process. Before shipping, you will receive clear photos of your finished piece. It is dispatched only after your final approval and delight with the result.

4. Returns & Care Policy

Because each book and album is made-to-order specifically for you with custom details, and because you personally approve the finished photos before dispatch, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

A replacement or refund is provided exclusively in the rare event of transit damage (proven with photos upon delivery). In over 15 years of safely shipping handcrafted pieces worldwide, there has been only a single damaged parcel incident—which was promptly recreated and resolved. Your order is packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
