At IndrasIdeas, each creation is individually handcrafted with care and personalized specifically for your special celebration. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom-made and personalized items (featuring names, dates, custom initials, or bespoke colors) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once crafted, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Before dispatch, we provide clear photographs of your completed order for your final approval to ensure everything is perfect.
2. Order Cancellations
Because crafting begins promptly, order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, materials and custom layout preparations have commenced, and cancellations can no longer be processed.
3. Items Damaged in Transit
We package every book and album with extreme care. However, if your package arrives damaged during shipping:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [jūsu veikala e-pasts].
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging.
- We will immediately assist you by repairing, replacing, or issuing an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Personalized Items (Standard Returns)
If you purchase a non-customized, ready-to-ship item:
- You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund for the item value will be issued to your original payment method.
