Refund policy

A Return and Refund Policy dictates under what conditions You can return products they have purchased from Indrasideas.com and under what conditions reimbursement is possible.

Item has not received when already should have arrived

If you did not received your item, Please contact Your local Post office, since most often your item is in the post, but the notification was not issued.
Please note that I can start searching for the package only after one month has passed since shipping.
Please notify me know if you have not receive your order for more than 5 weeks. All items are hand-made by me, so I really hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

If dissatisfied with received item

If you are dissatisfied with the item, please contact me in order to decide further actions.
In case we agree on a refund for the item, the item will need to be returned- Items must be in their original condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Shipment charges are buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.

If parcel gets lost in transit

In case the parcels is lost or it remains undelivered by the shipping company, a full refund to the buyer can be made after resolving the case with shipping company. Searching for such lost parcel may take up to 1-3 months.
(So far not a single parcel is lost, any undelivered parcel has returned to me and refund for the item has been made to the buyer)

Individualized item refund restrictions

IMPORTANT-"Custom" or "Made to order" items (personalized with Your names, initials, date, any other personal information or other preferences that affects the looks or performance of the item; as are almost all products in my store) are NOT applicable to refunds after the item is made- unless the item considerably differs from what was ordered; or is another item entirely; or the item was lost in transit.
If any item arrives damaged (you will have to send pictures as proof), please contact me immediately so we can discuss further actions.
If the Package arrives and looking damaged- please do not accept it, instead use the option to "return it to sender" (by doing so you will avoid being charged any return fee). I will be able to issue a refund as soon as the item returns to me. AND customer should also start a case with the postal company for damaging the item.

Unclaimed order refunds

If the parcel is returned to me due to customer not arriving to claim package or customer provided wrong address; only the value of item is applicable for refund (shipping charges are not refundable).
In case of reshipping- Buyer covers the shipping charges.

Satisfied buyer is my highest priority- in any unexpected situation- please contact me and we will find the best solution for both of us.
