Shipping policy

Shipping Policy describes how orders are shipped to Customers, estimates for ordering processing time, shipping speed options and similar.

Shipping cost calculation

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight of the items ordered- the exact amount will be shown when you will proceed with the checkout procedure during the shipping method and location phase- before the payment phase

Couriers and order tracking

Shipping is done with either Latvia Post or UPS courier service.
Both methods are registered and provide packages with tracking number. (You will find tracking number in your "order details" page after the package will be shipped out. Orders are traceable in most countries.)

Shipping estimate

Completion of order from the moment of placing the order is usually 1-3 weeks (depending on active queue of customers); after confirming the order is in accordance to the customers requirements by the customer, the shipping takes place:

  • According to Latvian Post shipping takes (for items applicable to this shipping method); Shipping time with A class Mail:
    • EU: up to 1-2 weeks
    • US: up to 2-4 weeks
    • Elsewhere: 2-6 weeks;

    (If left unclaimed Usually held in post office for around 2 weeks before the package gets sent back. The aforementioned time-frame is approximate and can differ depending on your local Post Policies)

    • Expedited shipping via Express Mail Service (EMS):
      • *EU 5-7 business days
      • *US 7-10 business days
      • *UK 7-10 business days
      • *Canada 7-11 business days
      • *Australia 8-15 business days
    (If left unclaimed Usually held in post office for around 2 weeks before the package gets sent back. The aforementioned time-frame is approximate and can differ depending on your local Post Policies)
      • Shipping with UPS courier service  (for items applicable to this shipping method):
        • most locations will deliver within 3-7 business days

      (If left unclaimed Usually held with the courier for around 1 week or less before the package gets destroyed. The aforementioned time-frame is approximate and can differ depending on your local UPS Policies)

      Please note that i cannot affect work of postal and courier services as there is a chance that the delivery service could experience some holdups that could increase delivery time

      Receiving the package with the order

      For USPS customers

      Your parcel will NOT be left on the porch, but instead it will be required to leave a signature for it. If addressee will not be at the provided delivery address at the delivery moment, a notification of delivery attempt will be left by the courier service (postman) and you will need to set a re-delivery by phone or visit the post office in person to receive the parcel.

      For items that use Latvia Post (State mail) as shipping method

      If you have not received your item in 40 days, please contact to Your local post office and inform them that You are expecting a parcel (you will need the tracking number provided in the order details to identify shipment) - They should have more information, including possibility that your item is in the post, but the notification is not sent.

      You can also check tracking information online, - but since such third-party services are getting information from the forms filled by post, you will be able to get more detail from the first hands- your local Post Office.

      Order lost in transit or returned to sender 

      Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed based on Latvia Post policies:
      1) European Union: 21 days past shipping date;
      2) International: 50 days past shipping date.

      Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to returned items and reshipping if their provided address is incorrect or package remains unclaimed.

      Please make sure your shipping address is correct and you can receive the package!
